A road traffic accident that occurred early this morning on the Arraiján-La Chorrera highway, heading towards the capital city, resulted in one fatality and two serious injuries. The incident took place in the La Arboleda area, according to the National Police's National Directorate of Traffic Operations.
The victim was a man traveling as a passenger in one of the two vehicles involved in the crash. The drivers of both vehicles, who were seriously injured in this collision and rollover, were taken to the Nicolás Solano hospital in La Chorrera.
The case is being investigated by the Ministry Public's Accidentology Division.
